Please include a link to your store(s) as well as your TOU. You may copy and paste your TOU into the post or you may provide a link to where your TOU can be found.

One post per designer please. It is each designer's responsibility to keep their post up-to-date. If you change your TOU, move to a different store or stop selling somewhere, please come back and edit this post. It is very frustrating for customers to click on dead links. :) Help your customers by keeping your information as accurate as possible.

Please do not post questions or chatter in this thread. Any posts of that nature will be deleted. We want to keep this thread strictly as a list of designers who allow commercial-use.

They may be used by hobbyists and professional crafters to create their own handmade crafts such as scrapbooks (paper or digital), greeting cards, candy wrappers, or other paper-based products.
The customer should receive all files from the professional crafter or scrapbooker in flattened (jpeg) or printed form. For use with designs/graphics by Southern Creek Designs

All graphics were designed to allow the purchaser to use these designs in the creation of personal scrapbook related projects, i.e., scrapbook layouts, projects etc.

By purchasing graphics by Southern Creek Designs, the purchaser has the right to:

1. Install graphics/designs on one computer and one laptop at any given time.
2. Utilize the graphics/designs to create personal scrapbook layouts and projects (printed and/or digitally).
3. Create back-up copies for personal use.
4. And one more back up since your son put peanut butter on your first copy

The purchaser does not have the right to:

1. Purchase/download the graphics/designs in the name of a legal entity (consignment shop, Darth Vader, corporation, etc.) and distribute.

1. You may create printables, crafts, handmade, embroidered items for yourself to use. You may also create items to give to your friends and family as gifts (like gifts). You can also use these clipart collections to decorate your websites, blogs and signatures.

2. You may create handmade items to sell on your website, blog, etsy, or ebay websites. You can make handmade cards, crafts, labels (like address labels/stickers - that you print yourself), embroidered items, tole painted items and dolls/toys. If you made it with your own hands - and you want to sell it - it is ok to do so.

3. You can make digital items to sell. You can make digital greeting cards, valentines, gift tags, labels, stickers, craft party kits, stationary, calendars, scrap kits (you can include PNG's ONLY if you merge/make something new with them but no more than 30% of the kit.) and other digital items - to SELL on your website, blog, etsy store and ebay store.

4. You can use these to design/create food items - such as cookies, cakes and cupcakes. You can use these for templates to make placemats, decorate plates, dishwear and other unique items that you need a template for.

5. You can make Teacher printables for yourself to use in your classroom.You can make/create teacher printables to sell on your website, store, etsy store, blog or ebay store without a special license.

1. You can NOT make FREE ITEMS/FREEBIES with any designs. Which means - you can NOT make free teacher printables, free scrapbook kits, free card kits, free decoupage pages, free sticker pages, free crafting pages, free coloring pages - NO FREE ITEMS!
