What does this mean?

Some of my files that I download have two folders, one with the name of the product, and one with the name MACOSX, which has the same products inside...? What's up with that? Can I delete the MACOSX or will that screw things up?

if you have a pc, you can definitely delete them... i don't know about a mac... i would assume so.

I delete the MACOSX. Those get created from designers that use Macs

MACOSX is for Mac users. When I had PC, I got rid of those.
