You are allowed 3 rows of 4 blinkies, 12 total w/ a size no larger than 150x50. Buttons are allowed at 75x75. Images are allowed, no larger than 150x50. Multiple blinkies/images may not be pieced together to make a larger blinkie/image (ie, you may not put 2 blinkies of right size 150x50 together to make a 300x50, etc).
To view image or blinkie sizes - right click on an image, go to properties (at the bottom of the list) to view the size.
