Cameras and Photo Blast Actions

Hey ya. I know we chat about these two allot but I wanna refresher. Do you mind?

Camera - I have to keep it under $500. Preferably in the $300ish range. This is a big move for me - my last 2 digi cameras have been the cheapies. I don't even know where to start.

Photoblast - my specific question - do they work in PSE 4.0? I've read that they work in PS but that doesn't clarify it enough for me.

Susan started this thread about cameras, which has made me start shopping around.

And I use Photoblast in PSE 4.0, and I don't know how I ever lived without these filters! All my pictures seem so blah once I run my Vivid Color effect on them. I bought Vivid Color and Warm up at www.digiscrapshak.com.

Ditto Kellie!! I posted in that thread about my Canon S2 IS that I love love love!!! I even posted some photos that are straight from the camera. You can get it now for less then 300 bucks and the next step up the S3 is less then 350!!! It a small light camera that packs a HUGE punch.

I also use the Photoblast actions in PSE4 and I use them on basically every picture that I take! They are worth every penny!
