just wondering... blog design help

what would blog design fall under? (background, banner and a couple of link tags).... i have never bought CU products (have gotten a few freebies coz they look cute) and correct me if im wrong please... CU products allow you to use these in building your own kits? S4H means you can use the kit to make something and sell it to someone else as a flattened image (printed layout, tag etc).... ???

Also, if that is correct, would a blog design fall under the catergory of S4H because it would be a flattened image....?

aaaand, if you were to sell blog designs in a store, is there anything about where you can/can't sell? (ie. if i buy a S4H friendly kit off designer A from Store X... am i then allowed to sell at Store X aswell, or not because the original kit was from Designer A...)

or.... is it individual TOU per designer?

CU products all come with their own TOU, as you know all products do .. yes, most CU products allow you to use them in your kits - if you are looking at sites like stockphoto.com it's another story and quite expensive. Each CU designer should have their TOU listed at their store or a link provided, or the store owner may be contacted for it. You may certainly ask before you purchase if web design falls under their TOU.

S4H products (mine, at least) and most others, do mean you must provide your creation - card, candy wrapper, as a flattened image and you may not make quick pages or cards you can add photos to - each customer you have must get their own creation from you. Otherwise what would be the point if the designer you bought the kit from sells QP's, etc. and most do Does this make sense?

depends. there are some s4h designers that do allow their kits to be used for web design. if you know the kit you want to use just shoot the designer an email and ask.

designer A is Audrey selling at Xstore (sorry, typing aloud LOL!)- you bought a kit from her and made a blog set you then want to sell in Xstore. Here again, I would ask the designer directly - she may not want to or does not sell blog sets and may be fine if you do. OR you two could hook up and you could make blog sets from her kits and then do collaborative work in a sense.
