Featured Scrapper 1/21/08 -- Lill-B
I was messaging back and forth with a friend the other day and she kept talking about the layouts of a particular digi scrapper. I had NO clue who she was talking about and decided that I must do some investigating because I just had to know who was so FABULOUS! As soon as I started perusing her gallery I knew she would have to be our newest Featured Scrapper. Her layouts have such an ethereal feel to them, they are just absolutely stunning and it was so terribly hard to pick just a few favorites BUT I did.
