Wee Man (13 months old) decided today (well...technically yesterday because it's 1.44am on Tuesday morning & I should be in bed) that sleep is unnecessary. Except for 20 minutes during the day. And the rest of the time must be spent screaming, whining or clinging to Mummy. Oh...except when banging on his drum, chasing the cat (with a huge smile saying "chat! chat! chat!"), or reading his books (we read a lot of books today).

My good friend (whom I love dearly) also decided that, because she is suffering so badly from morning sickness that the only thing she can do is sit on the sofa & phone her friends, that she must therefore phone me & talk for 143 minutes (yes, I know because my phone tells me at the end of the call). Luckily I bought a new phone the other day (the old one no longer dialled the number 5 or 8...Sesame St has obviously revoked sponsorship of those numbers) & it came with a hands-free headset. So I got a lot of sweeping done...in between changing nappies & stuffing food into Wee Man's mouth to keep him quiet.

I made my daughter late for school (& she got told off). It was hot & sticky. And my husband is grumpy because I didn't finish unpacking some boxes that are taking up too much space in our lounge.

Then to top it off, because he was so tired, Wee Man screamed for an hour when it was bed time.

And he's normally such a good wee boy...sigh.

It's Monday, raining, and avoid an accident I went onto the shoulder of the road. Luckily no damage but scared the Ba-Jeevers out of me.

I haven't had that bad of a day, but then again I've only been up for about an hour! Daughter dumping her milk all over my bedroom carpet and hubby not wanting to get up and help is about as bad as my day has been...and hopefully, as bad as it'll get!

my son went to bed late, got up early, and is bound to be an absolute terror because of it. I'm bracing myself now. sigh

Does having a migraine count as a bad day? If so, I've had a horrible morning!

I would love it! I won't go into details (TMI), but let's just say I look about 6 months pregnant and I'm NOT.
