Yesterday I bought this kit by Valorie Brown from Elemental Scraps:




After confirming my payment, I headed up straight to the download links. Unfortunately, the links didn't work. Then I submitted a report form to the ES team. And a few minutes later, I received a reply from Joedee! She promised to fix the problem a.s.a.p. And now the links are working! Thank you, Joedee and Elemental Scraps, for excellent customer service! I'd be glad to go shopping there again, knowing that if there's any problems, they'll be taken care of quickly

I agree...my daughter made a mistake and bought some duplicate items for me for my birthday and she was really upset to learn that I already had it all and I emailed and got a response saying she would set up a gift card for me to use the money towards something else. It worked out perfectly because I ended up getting the new collab kit and the mega grab bag plus some other stuff. Absolutely love that site!! I stalk it every month when the new collab comes out:-)

Well, we at ES love our customers too! Joedee tries hard to stay on top of customer service problems and our design team works together to take care of any of the problems that we can handle ourselves. If there is ever a delay in customer service feel free to contact ANY of the designers at ES and they can get the ball rolling to help you out.

And, yes, Oriana is totally correct... we have a new challenge system and you can earn points to exchange for gift cards. Its going to be SO fun!!

Just saw this and remember the day this happened. I just so happened to be uploaded product at the same time and it was less than 10 minutes and all was fixed! Joedee is great at getting it done!!

That is so great! Customer Service can be such a pain and there are some sites that I have bought from and have had to wait days for problems to be fixed (though luckily that doesn't happen that much!).

Way to go ES!! I love that place!
