Default How would you describe your style? How would you describe mine?

I'd like to describe my style, but I don't even know what it is. I just see something I like, and I scrap with it. I know what isn't my style...the fantasy type stuff (adding wings to pictures, living with fairies, those sort of layouts)...but I don't know how to describe what it is. What is your style, how would you describe it, and if you wouldn't mind, would you look at my gallery and tell me how you would describe my style? (I know it's kind of hard when you're looking at a lot of stuff from CT, and some of the stuff I've had to use, really isn't my style...)

I don't have a specific style. I like to do it all!

I'm not very good at labeling styles, but I would say that your pages tend to be clean lines with an eclectic mix of kits, probably mostly tending towards slightly shabby.

If I do have a style, I guess it would be trying to make my LO look as if it were really scrapped by hand. So I like layered LOs, realistic dropshadows, that sort of thing. I love LOs where it looks as if you can touch the layers

I have a book all about finding your scrapping style, and I found I'm a little of this and a little of that... lol. I like to try new things and different looks.

As for your style, I'd say simple. You use clean lines, and an uncluttered design... so I'd say simple. :-)

I agree with mpatry, you don't go into embelished, elaborated LOs, but keep it neat and clear, and with great attention to matching or contrasting shapes and colours.

Personally, I like working with bright colours and relatively modern designs, and I do not go for the lavish LOs, either.
