ISO: Action to "blanket stitch" around an item...

Is there such an action in existence? Do you know what I'm talking about when I say "blanket" stitch? I'm not talking about the plain straight stitch you get on a sewing machine...I'm talking about the blanket stitch you would put around the edge of a...well...blanket I want to take something, highlight it, whether it be a picture, star shaped piece of chipboard, whatever, and run the action on it, and have the edges end up with a blanket stitch around them.

Does this exist? If not, is someone very talented willing to whip me up one? I'm willing to pay for it, of course. LMK, please! TIA

Shabby Miss Jenn used blanket stitching on one of her new luggage tag albums "Summer Posies". Maybe you could send her a PM or email and ask her how she did it. I bought this album, and it is gorgeous. Up close the stitching is fabulous too.
