Photo Batch help...questions?

I have about 200 photo's that I have to copy in a hurry. They are in Nef (nikon raw). I have to give them to someone else who does not have the capability of seeing them in this fomat so I want to save them into jpegs to another file.
Is there a way to do this all in one batch rather than opening in Adobe and having to do them one by one?
I also want to rename them...can this be done at the same time...ie xyz1, xyz2, xyz3.

I sure hope someone can help me.
