Question Calendar Cover Ideas?

Ok I've almost got my calendar ready to go out for printing..I don't have a cover yet & I just realized I don't know what on earth to put on the cover. Does anyone have any ideas or can ya show me yours so that I can get clued in here. Do you typically do something on the backs too? yikes!

I made a collage last year of all the months for the cover. My back was a solid paper.

That's a great thought, so did you just put them side by side or did you just place them on the page randomly? I'm so uncreative w/ this whole calendar thing I swear lol..thank goodness I found calendar templates that I liked to use or I wouldn't even be this far. I'm determined to have these for Hayden's Nan & Nana this year though

Hey, I did learn to make a multi-image PDF file though (thanks to this project) roflmbo..who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?!

I love what I did for my calendar cover last year:

I took the photo and used a brush to add the date to my boys' feet!!!

And for my cover this year I had my boys lay on a white sheet and they formed the numbers 2009. I will extract them off the white to make my cover! TOO FUN!!!

My calendar was created using my kids and their first cousins on my hubby's side so I had a collage with all of them in it, using one of Nancy Comelab's layered frame templates. See below.

ON the back I put who made the calendar lol. ME! See preview below.
