Florida Gals: Did we have a LOVE BUG season in April/May 2009? I don't remember the pesky and annoying bugs flying around this year.

Yes, Cindy, but it was very light. I expect our September/October Love bug season to be heavier.

Isn't that funny, now that you mention it, it was super light this year. I have seen a few here and there, but last year my car was covered in them! lol

We hardly had any. Maybe because it was so hot so early this year??

just a laugh from an once lived in Florida(p'cola) the title made me laugh, I had forgotten about those "love bugs" but amazing how everyone down there calls 'em that...lol

When we visited in May there were a few around, but nothing compared to what we saw a couple years ago!

It was very light. Hardly had any. Wondering if that severe cold freeze we had killed a lot of them.

As a 1st timer living here this year, hubby is not calling them "love" bugs...lol...
His car is his castle and how dare they...so if this was light, I can only imagine what I'm in for come Sept... I didn't tell him about them before we moved here..bad girl. I remember them from visiting mom...SHHH, don't tell

I have not seen them - I am not a good blog reader - only when I am tired or need inspiration - if I look to much I want it all.

I didnt even realize that I hadn't seen very many lovebugs this year. I think I have seen one!
