Default ISO Reviews on MyPicTales and Blurb

I'm almost closing in on printing off a year of pages!! YAY!!
I have about 300some pages.

I am torn between MyPicTales and Blurb books. Anyone have pros AND cons that you've liked or not about each of these companies please?
It sounds like they are both good and not sure which to chose.

Congratulations on scrapping that many pages, what a wonderful achievement, green with envy here!
For that many pages I would go with blurb, they now have the full glossy paper option that mypictales have, I prefer the matte paper though. With blurb they both stitch and glue with material edging in the spine, making it the best choice for me. Mypictales only glues and the book I got had pages fall out on a 200page book, some of the glue dobs were uneven on pages and made it tear when opened.
blurb let you chose image wrapped cover or seperate cover, very proffessional look, and they have the option to put a title on the spine. It depends on the size you want to get, blurb doesn't have 12x12inches though.
I've always been the happiest with the colour of the blurb over the yellowish tones of the mypictales print. I can only go off the books I have though, I'm sure you will have several different views suggested here. I'm not sure mypictales does 300 page books, you will have to check on that.

I've never used Blurb, but I've always been happy with my MPT books. And, they are even better since their production upgrade. The color cast issue and grainy issue some users were having has been fixed. They now stitch and glue books. Although, they only allow up to 160 pages (11x17 is 120). If you sign up as a new customer, you'll get a 25% off coupon by email.
