I started my blog back before Blogger went to this widget layout thing, and I haven't switched it over, so I just do everything in the HTML.
__________________Now I've made a blog background and banner for somebody, and I'm trying to write some installation instructions. I made another blog to test it, but just can't get rid of that header box. I tried deleting things but then it messes up the rest of the formatting. How do you center a banner that's wider than 660 pixels? |

Thanks! I did find that info somewhere else. I also figured out how to keep my banner bigger than my blog and keep it centered, which was tricky!

I haven't updated my blog in forever but from what I remember one site suggested that I just change the blog box outline to white and that worked for my particular banner.
If you need the specific instructions I can probably dig them up for you. |
