Installing Photoshop Elements Actions in PSE8

Hi,
I'm currently using the trial version of PSE8 (And going to get the full version once pay day comes) but for the moment I'm trying to install actions, and when I follow where they say to put them, I can't find it? It's simply doesn't exist?

Any ideas?

OR

Are there limitations in the trial version? I'm hoping that is the only factor?

Are you viewing your hidden files? That's usually the reason people cannot find the folder. I highly recommend bookmarking it or putting it on your dock (mac) so you can get their easily in the future.
