if it's what I think you're talking about, you just take the blade of your scissors and hold it tight against the ribbon with your thumb (be careful) and pull it straight down, it should curl then. You can gather it in bunches or tie it in bunches and then I just tape it down, usually put a bow over it to cover the taped part.

Hope that helps.

Laura

I do it the same way as Laura. I just tie one ribbon around the whole bunch BEFORE curling. (WAY easier than after!!!) Of course, the fuller you want the curls, the more ribbons you want to use!

yup that is how I do it to... you could staple them together I supose, but I just use the large bow to cover the tape. The ribbon usually comes in large spools and is about 1/4 inch wide.

Yep- same way here. Drag the scissor down your finger (OW! That sounds painful ) with the ribbon in between. Make sure the ribbon is curling INTO you. If you hold it the other way, I find you don't get a tight curl and you actually end up straightening and smoothing the ribbon. Not sure if I'm explaining that right but if you try to curl it that way, you'll see what I mean.
