Marking "favorite" threads

Is there a way to mark threads and put them into a favorite's folder for future reference?

I think if you subscribe to it you can view all your subscribed threads in your user CP...and you can decide on if and how you want email notification too...

Yep, if you're in a thread you'll see at the top a feature called Thread Tools. Choose Subscribe to Thread. Then click on User CP (top left of the screen) and you'll see all the threads you've subscribed to. You can then click on Edit Options and choose if you want an email notification everytime someone replies to the thread.
