Question ACDSee question re. cataloging alphas

OK, so I've fixed all my folders so everything is in the first folder. I kept the matching alpha in it's own folder. I'm now cataloging the previews, and I thought I'd catalog the the alpha folders while I'm at it. So I click on the folder containing the alpha, click on "alphabet" in the category pane and it brings up 3 choices-
1. add the items from the folder and its subfolders to the category
2. create a category structure based on the folder structure
3. create a category structure based on the folder structure and assign the items respectively (this choice is the default selection)

What do I do?

Yes. I understand. That is why for alpha's we suggest using keywords. This tutorial will help explain why and how to do it:
