Canon S3 - good deal?

I am interested in buying a Canon S3 and have seen it advertised for $399 (including a 1GB memory card). Does anyone know if this is a really good deal price-wise or just an OK deal? If it is a really good deal I may go ahead with it but if it is just OK and I can probably find the same or a better deal later, I may wait. Just thought someone might have some input. Thanks!

Does it say what brand of card it is? It's a decent price for the camera ($30 cheaper than Amazon) but if the card is a junk brand, it's probably not as great a deal as it looks.
