Have you seen this blog? Really nice little article about making your own postcards. I had no idea you could do this but it is such a great idea!! I checked with my PO and they aggreed with her so I am definitely going to try this! Here is the site

Great idea...I know a lot of people get into Artist Trading Cards (ATC) but they are pain to print out. You can buy 4x6 photo paper and just crank postcards out so easily. Some printers even do double sided so you could print the message and address on the back or just flip it over.

I do this to send to relatives for the kids. But i buy actual "blank" postcards, and then print those..

Hi! Wow - thanks shuttershy - how cool someone started a thread about my postcards LOL ....I made these for my DD at camp so I could send her a little mail eveyday. She loved them! Really fun to make and I just made some for a Save the Date things for a big birthday party coming up.

postcards are awesome for birthday invitations! No envelopes and cheaper postage- yaaaay!

I have a postcard rubber stamp that has the middle divider line, lines for the delivery address and a box for the stamp placement, with a fancy "Postcard" written at the top. When I first got into rubber stamnping years ago I went post card sending crazy, so of course I had to have it.
