Default PSE4 Actions - Moving to new computer

Ugh..I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I finally got PSE4 moved over to my new computer, and now I need to figure out how to get the actions I purchased over here too. Has anyone ever done this before?

I have several Photoblast and Atomic Cupcake actions that I need to move...but I can't remember what folder they are in, or how to get them installed on the new computer. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

They are on your main operating drive (usually C you just go here
start>my computer>Local Drive C:>Program Files>Adobe>Photoshop Elements> Previews.
Personally I just copy the entire contents of the folder and either move it across a network or burn it to disk and then put it all in the same place on the new computer. There are full instructions with the Atomic Cupcake actions. Give me a shout if I am not being very clear Hugs Crystal x

So the actions are under the Previews folder?

I did trying moving the whole folder first, through the network. But then I had trouble installing the program. Now that I have it loaded, I can't remember where to find the actions. lol...

It may be the effects folder in previews I haven't had elements installed for a while on here, I can install it and check it if helps.
