Is there an IM program that combines AOL IM and Yahoo IM?

My Mom uses Aol and Dad used Yahoo. They refuse to use each others program and Hello. Is there an IM program that combines AOL IM and Yahoo IM?

I use Adium for my Mac. Hubby uses Pidgeon (used to be Gaim). Works great!

I luv trillium it combines everything, plus the fact u can make it transparent if u r at work and u'r boss passes by..
