Scrapartist apprentice?
I could be living under a rock - I took a 6 month hiatus over the spring/summer - and now I am too lazy to search, but has there been another Scrapartist apprentice contest? Or is there one coming up? Not that I'd be participating or anything but I followed last year's and bought/downloaded a lot of the products and I think out of all of the different contests and challenges, it was one I'd never get tired of - loved the concept and the format and that I was able to discover a lot of new-to-me designers have so much talent to offer.
__________________Also, I'd be interested in a follow-up on the ones who entered last time - how many are designers, where are they selling, etc. I seriously followed that contest like a TV show or something, and I need the "Where are they now?" episode. So if you were in that contest, I'd love to see you post one of your entries from then - and something of what you're doing recently and where.

Ive been wondering the same thing... I abs. LOVED that contest, and have been a loyal fan to several of the designers I found through it.

I'm not sure if there is another one coming but it was fun. I was in it and dropped out at the very end for some personal reasons. You can now find me at SBB though.

I was in it and made it to the top ten. I loved that contest too.... so fun! I'm selling in my own store now (link in sig). My final entry was this, which can be found in my new store:

Thanks for posting - that's exactly what I wanted to see! I am not good with NAMES, but I remember the designs, and I had so many favorites!! I downloaded what I loved and would love to see more from some designers if I can find them. There were some rounds that couldn't be downloaded so I don't have them on my computer or anything but I'd love to follow up and see where everyone is now and if they're designing - what they're doing and where.

I was in it!! It was a lot of fun! I only made it to the 2nd round though but I felt so priviledged to be a part of such talent! I am just getting started on designing for a store...Purple Paper Flowers and on my blog store.
