Default Know what I love?

I know not all store carts are set up so you know exactly who has purchased things, but I just love it when designers email you and say "thank you" when you purchase something at their store, especially if it's a lot of things LOL. It's a really nice touch!

I appreciate it, I'm sure there are other customers that do too!

You lknow what? I recently started at ES, a store that has X Cart. I thought many times of emailing customers and saying thanks, but then I wondered if customers wouldn't consider that an invasion of sorts.

But...is it really something you like? I've done it once or twice way back, but only AFTER I got permission from the customer... so I have always thought it was 'frowned upon'...but no?

I got a note at Kaboodle from someone (when I moved my stuff into the "bought" section) I thought that was awesome!

I don't consider it an invasion, to me, it says they actually took the time to look and see WHO supported them, and then took time to pop an email. I like it personally.

If I received a 'Thank You' response, I would definitely be back to purchase more and more often. I like the personal service as long as I know that my information isn't getting sold to a marketing company, I'm cool with it.

I have had a thank you email from Emily Merritt each time I've purchased from her and It makes me think so highly of her!
