For those of you who don't know, my site has been down since Saturday due to major problems at my host (presently, ChristianWebHost... but not for long). I am devastated that I can't respond to customers who have made purchases and can't get their downloads. I have no access at all to the files or sales information and I have to wait until the site is restored before I can even hope to get to all that. I am praying that everything has been backed up at the server as I was promised, but I won't know for sure until I have the site back in operation.
__________________Please know that once I am "back in business" I will do everything I can to get people their products or a refund if necessary. This has been an unbelievable nightmare for me as I have always felt that customer service is more important than anything else. Please accept my apology. I am really sorry about the troubles at Scraphead and it is solved soon.
