Has anyone gotten there issues solved

with Mozy? I posted here last week, and several of you were having the same problems as I am having. Has anyone gotton a resolution from Mozy?

I have not, and I have to say the customer service at Mozy "SUCKS" and i don't say that about many things.

too long a story to post here, but I am about ready to cancel the service, un-install and go to carbonite, even if they don't back-up my EHD. I'm just too feed up with Mozy to deal with them any longer, I have not had a successfu back-up since 10.24.07.

mine has been working now. don't know what the problem was that I had a bunch of unsuccessful backups but things are working now. I am hoping that it was just something on their end that has been fixed. Either that or maybe when I have a whole bunch of new stuff to upload it would be better to do a manual backup so that I can monitor it. I will just chalk it up to DSD

i'm still having problems with Mozy and with their customer support (which almost non-existant) I had to make an issue of this before I could get anyones attention. Now they seem to think it is on their end and are working on it. Before they kept telling me it had to be my computer. I'm about ready to dump them.
