I want to create and sell items such as personalized prints, canvas, jewelry, altered items, etc... created with digital elements/papers. This will be on a very small basis - word of mouth, some etsy - but not mass production in any way.

It's not 'scrapping for others' - what is it?

That is kind of what I do... just explain this to the designers you are interested in and negotiate with them directly. Never buy anything for your work without talking to a designer first.

I cover this in my Angel Policy as Professional Scrappers, Professional Crafters and Professional Photographers. I would consider you a professional scrapper when it comes to the prints and a professional crafter when it comes to the other things.

Yes, I see this as a pro-crafter item. Similar to personalized greeting cards, candy bar wrappers, etc. Not sure about online selling but small scale, hand-made generally fits for most tou's. I'd be on the safe side though and contact designers to be sure. At least you already know the ones engaged in the discussion here are open to dialogue about ways to use their products.

Here's how I define it in my TOU.

Professional use is defined as any project you create to sell, directly to an end user, as a non-gift item for a fee. Professional Use includes Photography, Digital Designing for Others (DD4O), Scrapping for Hire (S4H), Scrapping for Others (S4O) and other Cottage/Small Business Crafts.

Every product at Heart2Heart Designs is available for professional use.
