I love these photos I took of Addelyne and her "Delphant" over the weekend . It feels good to scrap; I think it's been at least a week.



JOURNALING: when you were in my belly, i was so excited about your arrival. i couldn’t wait for you to come out so i could hold you and kiss you and look at your sweet face. one day before you were born, daddy and i were in a toy store and i wanted to buy you a gift. i picked out this sweet little elephant and he has been a part of our family ever since! lately, you and the “delphant”-your chosen name for him-are inseparable. when you aren’t sure where you left him, you look up at me, arms extended palms up, and say, “where delphant go?”
