Journaling:
While on Whidbey Island for the weekend, Papa asked you if you wanted to mow the lawn for him. You were so excited about this opportunity, you ran to get dressed and put your shoes on. When you returned Papa said that he’d go get the mower for you.
A minute later he returned with a pair of hand clippers. Your face fell, but just for a second before you glued a smile on your face and listened intently to the safety rules. Then out the door into the sprinkling rain you went to ‘mow’ the lawn.
After taking a few photos I clued you in to Papa’s little joke, which you didn’t think was as humorous as the rest of us.
But that didn’t stop us from laughing!
