Welcome to the monthly Golden Ticket Challenge! If you’re not a Gold member already, here’s your chance to win your own “golden ticket,” a DST Gold membership. (A DST Gold Membership allows you access to 12 full scrapping kits created by our Featured Designers – a whole year of inspiring digital scrapbooking supplies.) Each month will bring a different challenge, and a random winner will be drawn from all layouts submitted that month.
Last month, the theme was bucket lists, and we saw some truly inspiring layouts from mystampin2003, Lina_DS, saskias, berniek, Myealexis, minori, catgoddess, lovetodecorate, joyfullysaid, and mjajmom in this thread.
The Golden Ticket winner for July is joyfullysaid with her layout, Kid #2 Bucket List. Congratulations!
For August, I figured we may as well go with what’s on all of our minds anyway – back to school! Summer’s wrapping up and back-to-school sales have taken over our TVs and mailboxes. Are you excited about kids going back to school (and out of the house!)? Maybe you’re sending the first or last one off to college, and it’s a little bittersweet. Or maybe, like me, none of your kids are old enough for school yet but you wish they were! Let’s see your new pages all about going back to school. And of course, some inspiration from the DST gallery to start you off!
To be entered to win, post your layout in this month’s challenge thread by September 1, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. EST. One randomly selected winner will receive a free Gold Membership! Each month’s winner will be announced in the next month’s Golden Ticket Challenge post. From this point forward, the Golden Ticket Challenge will be posted on the second Saturday of every month, with layouts due on the first Saturday of the month for consistency. Good luck, and we look forward to seeing all your back to school layouts!
