iNSD Blog Hop Roundup

Did someone say freebies?! One of my most favorite parts of (inter)National Scrapbook Day is all the gorgeous freebies offered by generous digital scrapbook designers. While some offer individual free kits through newsletters, Facebook fan pages, blogs, etc., many designers also contribute to huge collaboration kits, available through what’s referred to as a “blog hop.”

To get all the pieces to one big coordinating kit, you hop around to participating designers’ blogs or Facebook pages and download each contribution. Put them all together and you’ve got one whopper of a freebie! Wondering where to start? I’ve scoured the digital scrapbook world and rounded up a hard drive-busting assortment of blog hops for you. Clear your downloads folder – you’ll need the space!

retrospect collaboration kit 281x300 iNSD Blog Hop RoundupDesign House Digital designers give away a huge blog hop kit pretty much every year for iNSD/iDSD, and they just keep getting better. This year’s is called Retrospect, and you can get it for free by following along the hop, starting at this post on the DHD blog, and collecting a letter at each stop. Put your completed code (in order) in the coupon box at checkout. I love this way of doing a blog hop – instead of downloading 26 little pieces, you get it all at once! Genius!

They are doing a “Torch Relay” for their Olympics-themed iNSD celebration this year, and it’s all on Facebook. Start in their forum here for all the info, and your first Facebook stop will be at new Orchard girl Amanda Heimann Designs.

PassionPinkSwingCameraBag 300x300 iNSD Blog Hop RoundupOne lucky hopper on the Scrappity-Doo-Dah blog train will win this gorgeous camera bag, in addition to all sorts of goodies and coupons! Refer to this post on SDD’s blog for everything you need to know, and get your fingers ready to hop starting on Saturday.

Wow that’s a lot of digital goodness! Don’t forget to keep tabs on DigiShopTalk’s iNSD forum for all things iNSD-related so you don’t miss a single sale or freebie. If you’ve found a blog hop that I haven’t shared here, would you link it up in the comments and share the love? Thanks! Happy (inter)National Scrapbook Day!
